Glass making is a joyful union of the technical and the creative with a large dollop of perseverance. Chris is largely self-taught, but offers thanks to patient friends and tutors over the past twelve years that he has been happily engaged and obsessed with glass.
Chris lives and works in the Mendip Hills. Inspiration comes from many sources – from broad vistas to the tiniest detail of a leaf. Expressed in pattern and colour; rhythm and form. His aim is always to do the very best with what can be a tricky and frustrating medium, especially if one experiments. His overriding mantra is quality and originality. Commissions gladly accepted.
