During the Wells Art Contemporary exhibition at the Bishop’s Palace, (8-22 October), an innovative display of contemporary art by some of our Guild Members will be on display at the Wells and Mendip Museum. The 10 pieces, known as “Interventions” have been inspired by the museum’s collection, in textile, glass, ceramic, mosaic and stone.

Jonathan will be running another workshop on Saturday September 1st.
This workshop will be run by Guild member Jonathan Blackmore. It is an introduction to linocut printing for beginners, using a process you can do at home, without a press.
The workshop will include demonstrations followed by practical hands-on experience and experimentation with tools and techniques to create your own unique linocut print.
